Adam Fierman is an accomplished real estate owner well versed in acquisitions, dispositions and asset management of investment properties.  He has a proven track record of sourcing and executing new investment opportunities across various asset classes and geographies. His background includes negotiating transactions, securing financing, conducting due diligence, leasing, partnership structuring, and planning and implementing a property’s business and exit plan. Adam has over twenty years of industry experience and has been successful in closing over $450 million in real estate transactions.

Adam received his Master of Science in Real Estate with a concentration in Finance and Investment from New York University and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Union College.
